As a Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering EPM transformation projects for our clients. You will collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to develop strategic EPM solutions that align with their business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier clients, contribute to cutting-edge projects, and shape the future of EPM consulting.Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities and proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their EPM, strategy, operating model, and performance management needs.Leverage your industry knowledge to generate leads and expand the client base for EPM consulting services.Recruit and build a high-performing consulting teamLead strategic initiatives focused on developing and implementing EPM strategies, operating models, and performance management frameworks for our clients.Collaborate closely with senior executives and stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives, and translate them into actionable EPM strategies.Conduct in-depth assessments of clients'' current capabilities, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in their operating models and performance management processes.Design and implement comprehensive EPM strategies and operating models that align with clients'' business strategies and drive organizational performance.Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks, including key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and dashboards to monitor and track organizational performance.Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of performance management methodologies, tools, and processes.Provide expert advice and guidance on EPM best practices, change management, and organizational transformation to drive successful implementation and adoption.Collaborate with clients to define and implement performance management governance structures, ensuring alignment and accountability across the organization.Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance clients'' understanding of EPM strategies, operating models, and performance management concepts.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in EPM, strategy, and performance management, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives to drive innovation and excellence.Requirements:Bachelor''s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
