You''ll ensure service is responsive, accurate and delivered with empathy while supporting care teams to focus on what matters most.Reporting to the Care Operations Manager, you''ll work closely with Care, Village and Home Care teams, residents, families and external stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and thoughtfully.This role is ideal for a servicedriven leader who enjoys complexity, thrives in fastpaced environments and takes pride in getting the details right.You will:Lead, coach and develop a Support Team delivering highquality customer serviceOversee daily workflows, prioritising and delegating highvolume enquiriesEnsure resident information, records and data are accurate, complete and timelyManage administrative, financial, procurement and contractrelated tasksMonitor KPIs and team performance, addressing issues proactivelyBuild strong working relationships with care teams, village teams and support functionsSupport continuous improvement by reviewing systems, processes and service flowsContribute to planning, forecasting and operational discussionsEnsure service delivery aligns with Anglicare''s values, care standards and policiesPromote a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace cultureWhat you''ll bringYou''re an organised, peoplefocused leader who balances empathy with accountability.
