GainexperienceacrosseveryaspectofRecruitmentandTalentAcquisitionwhilstalsoworkinginateamofHRpractitionersStepintoagrowingrecruitmentpracticethatvaluesitsclientsandteammembers.SydneyCBDLocationandhybridworkonoffer.Perfectearlycareeropportunitywithendlesscareergrowthpathways.OurCompanyAtPartaleTalent,wepartnerwithmid-sizedandSMEbusinessesfromawiderangeofindustriestobuildpurposeled,adaptable,connected,andskillfulteamsthatthriveinhighgrowthenvironments.Welisten,advise,coachandtailorourservicestoensureourclientsrecruitmentgoalsareachieved.Withseveralserviceofferingsandmodelsofpartnership,thereisatalentsolutionthatwillworkuniquelyforeverybusiness.Wehaveskininthegameandareinvestedinourclient''sgrowthandsuccess.Weareasmallbutmightyteamofdedicated,personableanddrivenHRandRecruitmentprofessionalsthatwanttodeliverthebestresultsfortheirclients.Ourteamworkacrossmultipleindustriesandsupportaround120businessesacrossAustraliaviaourtwocompanies,PartaleandPartaleTalent.TheOpportunityWithourdedicatedteamofrecruitmentandHRprofessionalsaroundyou,youwillhavetheopportunitytoworkacrosseveryareaofthetalentacquisitionfieldandfindyourpassionwithintheindustry.Therolewillbestructuredandindividuallytailoredfordevelopmentandcareergrowth-offeringyoutheabilitytogaineducation,experienceandexposuretothefullendtoendrecruitment/HRindustry,whilstbuildingonstakeholdermanagementskillsetswhenworkingwithclients.Yourfocuswillbeonprovidingqualityrecruitmentsupporttoyourteammemberswhistassistinginsourcingawiderangeofrolesforourclientbase.Therolesyouwillbeworkingonmayrangefromjuniortoseniorandcouldbeacrossthefinance,professionalservices,marketing,HR,not-for-profit,retail,technology,educationandmanymoreindustries.ResponsibilitiesDraftcompellingjobdescriptions,posteyecatchingadverts,runtalentsearches,andconfidentlyrepresentourclientswhenengagingwithcandidates.Reviewincomingapplicationswithasharpeye,assessingsuitabilityandidentifyingstandouttalentquicklyandeffectively.Conductphonescreenswithshortlistedcandidates,uncoveringtheirskills,motivationsandsalaryexpectationswhiledeliveringagreatcandidateexperience.Coordinateinterviewsforourclientsandpreparecandidatessotheyfeelinformed,confidentandsetupforsuccess.MaintainandoptimiseourATS,ensuringdataisaccurate,organisedandreadytosupportfast,highqualityhiringdecisions.Partnerwithclientsonsalarybenchmarking,recruitmentbestpractice,candidatemanagementandmarketinsights.Fillclientrolesefficientlywhiletakingcaretomatchtherightpersontotherightopportunity.Proactivelybuildandnurtureourtalentpipeline,continuallydevelopingrelationshipswithfuturecandidates.Providevaluableinterviewcoachingandguidancetobothclientsandcandidates.Identifyopportunitiestoenhanceourprocessesandcontributetoamoreefficient,clientfocusedoperation.Assistindraftingandorganisingemploymentrelateddocumentsasneeded.Contributetobroaderprojectworkacrosstherecruitmentandemployeelifecycle.Supportthesmoothrunningofthebusinessthroughdiarymanagement,templatereviews,operationalsupportandgeneraladmin.WhatyouneedtosucceedWearelikeafamilyhereatPartaleTalentsofirstandforemost,wearelookingforsomeonethatispersonable,excitedtokickstarttheircareerandkeentohitthegroundrunningtopickupsomeinterestingwork.Ideally,youwillbe/have:Aminimumof1-2yearsofprofessionalworkexperienceintalentacquisitionorrecruitment,weareopentobothagencyandinternalStronginterpersonalskillsandanaturalabilitytobuildrapportwithcolleagues,clientsandemployees.Detailorientatedandabletomanagebothadministrativetasksanddatamanagement.ALearningmindset-yourgoalistoabsorbasmuchinformationaboutHRandpeoplemanagementaspossible.Atrueteamplayer-happytoputyourhandupandbothgiveandreceiveassistancewhilstworkinginacollaborativewaywithyourcolleaguesandtheclients.Anexcellentcommunicator,bothwrittenandverbally.InHR,weneedtobeabletohavetoughconversations,beingaclearcommunicatorwillhelpyouwiththis.Youaretechsavvyandcaneasilypickupanewprocess,programorsystemwithouttoomuchguidance.HowtojoinusYoumayapplyusingyourLinkedInprofile,however,wewouldlovetoknowmore.Therefore,wewelcometheinclusionofaCVand/orattachedacoverletter.Forfurtherinformation,pleaseourTalentPartner-Chloe@Noagencies
