RTO Manager

The RTO Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and compliance of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO). The role ensures high-quality training and assessment services, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. ResponsibilitiesRTO Operations ManagementOversee day-to-day operations of the RTO, ensuring seamless delivery of training and assessment services.Manage student enrolments, course scheduling, and trainer allocations.Ensure effective use of resources, facilities, and training materials.Lead and support trainers, assessors, and administration staff.Oversee the implementation of student support services to enhance learner engagement and retention.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure a high-quality student experience.Ensure Compliance with the 2025 Standards and regulatory Management lead workforce & Trainer Managementoversee student support Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and employers.Key Selection CriteriaEssentialDiploma or higher qualification in Business, Education, or Management.Extensive experience in RTO operations, training, or compliance.Strong knowledge of compliance with ASQA, the Standards for Registered Training Organisations, training packages, and assessment validation.Proven leadership skills in managing teams, projects, and resources.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.DesirableCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).Experience in managing ASQA audits and regulatory compliance.Knowledge of government funding contracts and financial reporting.Understanding of digital learning and e-learning platforms.
