As part of these roles you will:Develop and deliver exciting, impactful, insight-led trade marketing and shopper marketing campaigns across the portfolio in either on-premise or retail environments.Collaborate with brand and sales teams to develop and implement activity that is in line with brand plans, ATL media plans and customer/channel strategies with clearly defined KPIs to measure against.Develop briefs and collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to deliver best-in-class trade and shopper marketing activities within budget and on time.Communicate effectively and efficiently to coordinate activity across a diverse range of customers and markets whilst ensuring that the brand principles are always upheld.Conduct post-campaign evaluations to ensure our brands are striving to deliver continual improvement in efficiencies and ROI.Support Customer Activation Managers with campaign budget management, calendar management, planning and execution.To be successful you will bringExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.A positive and proactive mindset that embraces a collaborative culture of learning and knowledge sharing.Experience working in trade, shopper marketing, hospitality, events, an agency background or a strong knowledge of the drinks industry will be highly regarded.Excellent project & time management skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines.Apply now for a career less ordinaryJoin us in building the next chapter of a proud Lion legacy by embracing a challenger mindset - being curious, courageous, and acting with conviction.
