Job Description We are seeking a service-oriented professional to deliver exceptional, personalised experiences in our executive club lounge, Club Millsime. As our Guest Service Agent, you will:Createa warm and personalised experience that makes every guest feel genuinely welcomedDeliverprompt and professional service, anticipating guest needs and responding with confidence and careManageguest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience in line with Sofitel standardsCoordinateguest services to deliver a consistently high level of service throughout the dayAccurately recordand maintainguest information and preferences to support a personalised guest experienceWorkclosely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and a seamless end-to-end guest journey Qualifications About you: Our ideal candidate is warm, professional, and passionate about guest service, with impeccable presentation and strong attention to detail. You will be highly organised, discreet, and confident in engaging with VIP guests, while remaining calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
