This role focuses on leading the team of customer Integration Specialists who build, deliver, and support custom integrations. This is a hands-on role that both leads the team and delivers work to customers.What You Will DoAct as the team lead for our distributed team of integration specialists. Work closely with Project Managers, Product consultants, Professional Services leadership and customers Take the lead in scoping and estimating customer integration services. Maintain clear and effective communication across internal teams and customers. Contribute to scalable processes and tools to support the customer integration team''s evolution. Gain exposure to middleware, APIs, and integration practices. Triage and resolve integration-related issues logged with Humanforce Support. What You''ll NeedExperience leading small teams of technical experts. Exposure to HCM, Workforce Management, or Payroll systems. Expert understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integration concepts. Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, Boomi). Understanding of authentication standards (e.g., OAuth2, SAML). Scripting skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar. Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset, with empathy for business challenges. Confidence in communicating technical and business concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to stay calm and apply critical thinking in high-pressure situations. Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and integration practices.
