With backing from our investors, including Blackstone, this is just the beginning Come join the A-Team at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground.A SnapshotAstheTechnicalProgram Manager Controls & Automation,reporting to theDirector, Technical Controls & Automation, you will work closely withAirTrunk''sProduct/DesignandDCOperationsdepartments,as well astechnology vendorsthroughout APJ, making your mark ina number ofways:Coordinate and oversee thesuccessful delivery ofnon-constructionTechnicalProjectsacross ourDC portfolio,acting as the technical liaisonfor both internalstakeholdersand external customers(via the Service Delivery Team)Strategicallyplan,budget,andexecuteroll-out ofnew or updated systems,uplifting existingProductionsitesto align withnew and evolvingProduct Solutionsand Global Minimum Standardsto address known operational risks or feature gapsEstablish andmaintainopencommunicationbetweenDCOperations,Product & Design, and externalvendorsforProblem Management escalationand resolution, capturing lessonslearntandworking with the Controls Design Manager to updatecorrespondingGlobalMinimum Standardsupdatesto minimize and preventfuture service impactsYourDay to DayProvide input and remainintimately familiar withall aspects ofControl & Automationtechnical requirementsDCS (BAS/BMS),DDC/PLC,CMS, EPMS,CustomerTelemetry,Software Build Guides andLibrariesAuditexistingDDC/PLC,DCS/BMS/CMSandTridiumNiagaraapplicationsto assessand documentdeviationsagainstcurrent state Technical Requirements and Build Guides.Generatetechnical uplift project scopeand costingto be raised and approved at IC wherebudget for engagingvendorsisrequiredAttendCAB (Change Approval Board) meetings to raise and proposenon-constructionchanges to deploynew or updated systems to Production.Attend customer project meetings withService Delivery Managers, actingas the technical liaison for relevant external customer driven projects such as TelemetryintegrationWork closely with internal stakeholdersto deliver cross-departmentaltechnicalinnovationprojects involving Controls & Automation technology platforms, including Proof-of-Concept deployments, through to portfolio-wide rollouts.RequirementsYou have successfully managed and delivered small and large scale DCS/BMS projects for mission-critical environments for 5 years or moreMinimumBachelor''s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Software EngineeringYou are a Tridium Niagara expert with N4 TCP certificationStrong technical implementation background in DDC/PLC logic,Bacnet/Modbus configuration, ICT/networkingand server administrationSolid understanding of mission critical Data Centre infrastructure such as redundant electrical systems and chilled water plant control strategiesFamiliarity with relevant codes and standards such as ASHRAE, BCA, AS.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel and work on-site asrequired The AirTrunk Culture Working at AirTrunk is a once in a lifetime opportunity to fast-track your career and amplify your impact.
