As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will lead the commercial strategy to drive growth, partnerships, and revenue across ChatHealths expanding suite of digital health products.Position SummaryThe Chief Commercial Officer will define and execute ChatHealths go-to-market, sales, and partnership strategies to scale adoption and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the founders, you will oversee all commercial functionsincluding business development, marketing, customer success, and strategic partnershipsto ensure alignment with the companys mission and long-term business objectives. This role is suited to an entrepreneurial leader with a proven record of scaling commercial operations in high-growth technology or healthcare sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy & GrowthDevelop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with ChatHealths vision, market opportunities, and growth targets.Identify new market segments, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand reach and revenue.Define pricing models, customer acquisition strategies, and monetisation plans for B2B (clinics, hospitals) and B2C (patients) segments.Business Development & PartnershipsLead the formation of strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, telehealth platforms, and technology vendors.Represent ChatHealth in commercial negotiations, industry forums, and investor presentations to strengthen brand positioning.Build long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to support sustained growth.Sales, Marketing & Customer SuccessOversee sales and marketing functions, ensuring data-driven lead generation, brand visibility, and customer conversion.Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline through effective CRM use and performance tracking.Establish a customer success framework to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.Financial & Strategic AlignmentCollaborate with the founders and finance team to set revenue forecasts, budgets, and key performance metrics.Contribute to fundraising discussions with a focus on revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, and market expansion potential.Ensure commercial initiatives comply with regulatory, ethical, and contractual obligations within the healthcare industry.Leadership & CultureMentor and lead commercial and marketing teams, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration.Work cross-functionally with product, technology, and clinical teams to ensure commercial goals are supported by product development and delivery.Champion ChatHealths values of integrity, patient impact, and innovation across all partnerships and communications.Required Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in a senior commercial leadership role (CCO, VP Commercial, or equivalent) in health-tech, SaaS, or technology sectors.Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies, scaling revenue, and managing strategic partnerships.Strong understanding of healthcare markets, digital health solutions, and regulatory landscapes in Australia.Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics, sales forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced startup environment.Preferred BackgroundExperience in healthcare technology, telehealth, or AI-driven platforms.Familiarity with B2B enterprise sales, SaaS business models, and digital marketing strategies.Track record of building and leading high-performing teams in early-stage or scaling ventures.Understanding of funding dynamics and collaboration with investors, particularly in the health innovation space.Why Join ChatHealth?Transform Healthcare: Contribute to reshaping how healthcare is delivered and experienced through AI-driven innovation.Strategic Impact: Lead the commercial engine that drives ChatHealths next phase of growth and market leadership.Collaborative Culture: Work alongside visionary founders and a passionate team committed to improving patient outcomes.Flexibility & Growth: Enjoy autonomy, flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to scale your role as the company expands. #J-18808-Ljbffr
