Our extensive national training programs ensure our people are always across the latest construction and management best practices.ABOUT THE ROLESupport the Project Manager in the delivery of projects to successfully achieve HSE and quality standards and targets, in accordance with The ADCO WayRESPONSIBILITIESReview the documents and plans that govern the project delivery. Provide input into the HSE and quality plans and ensure these are in line with project, business and legislative requirementsCoordinate with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure the project is adequately resourced with personnel of appropriate competency to deliver the project HSE and quality plansCoordinate with the Site Manager and Project Manager in ensuring all project undertakings are in line with the project HSE and quality plansAssist in communicating the requirements of the project plans to the wider project team, and proactively provide support in implementing the plansUndertake HSE and quality inspections and assessments. Report, document, and identify actions as necessary, and ensure they are implementedContribute to the accurate and transparent reporting of the status of the project through Hammertech, the monthly project control report and any other required meansABOUT YOUCert IV WHS MinimumManagement system software experience e.g. Hammertech (preferrable)Proven experience as an HSE Advisor or similar role within the commercial construction spaceIn-depth knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levelsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solvingA strong commitment to fostering a safety-first culture within the workplace #J-18808-Ljbffr
