This includes handling tasks such as quoting for additional work, service level reporting, invoicing and handling general enquiries. The role holder will need to demonstrate business acumen and will need to engage with the broader Fujitsu teams and Data Centre clients. Furthermore, they will be involved with and support the Fujitsu Command Centre to ensure high levels of client satisfaction are maintained. This role offers hybrid working.Location: Homebush preferred but flexible across Western Sydney or North Ryde location. Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties include:Quote preparation - Reviewing the scope of work, liaising with the local onsite team to obtain cost pricing, transposing scope and pricing into the appropriate quote template and issuing to the client. Client email enquiries responding to client enquiries as directed. Preparing & issuing client communications. Invoicing working with the Client Business Support Specialists to prepare and dispatch monthly invoices for all customers across the country. Client reporting prepare and dispatch client reporting. Create and process Purchase Orders and Invoicing using the Corporate systems.Provide administration support to the data centre business and clients. Command Centre duties as required. Coordination with Accounts Payable and Invoicing Assistance/Coordination of customer SLA reports, meetings and minutes.Requirements and Experience Mandatory Experience: Experience using suite of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)Desired Experience and knowledge: Ensure general knowledge of Fujitsu Policy and procedures, Service Level Agreements, Contracts, Pricing models, Fujitsu Internal Intranet, Internet reference sitesPersonal attributes of:Very good written and verbal communicationWell-presented and personableAbility to mix with persons from all and different areas of corporate structureAmenable and flexibleSense of humour and team playerQuick learnerTask owner from start to finishGood attention to detailAccurate data inputPreferred Experience:Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Time management.Team player.Willingness to learn new skills.Able to work independentlyPreferred Background:Technical CompetenciesA demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office including Visio, Word, Excel and Outlook.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Non-Technical Competencies:Commitment to continuous improvementPoliteness, professionalism and good presentationEffective communication skillsProcess and procedural based work methodsAbility to adhere to agreed processes and proceduresWhy Fujitsu?We are an organization with a strong set of values and a history of respecting fairness and equality, whilst promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
