This includes assisting with the administration and use of platforms to ensure smooth workflows, compliance, and user onboarding. The role focuses on supporting new team member engagement and prequalification, managing compliance documentation, and helping project teams operate efficiently and effectively.Skills And ExperiencesDemonstrated ability to manage and maintain business applications, identify issues, and assist with delivering clear, practical solutionsStrong administrative and organisational skills with a positive approach to problem-solvingExcellent communication skills, including writing documentation and user materials, and facilitating training sessionsHigh level of computer literacy and confidence in learning new systems and toolsFamiliarity with construction industry processes and commercial administration is advantageousExperience using platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint, Procore, Aconex, or similar systems is highly regardedAbout you:Enthusiastic, problem solving attitudeSystems management experience (implementation/improvements) would be valuableExperience in contracts administration would be highly desirableExtensive experience across process improvement, administration, procurement, and commercial management is idealPrevious experience in an administrative role with a focus systems support or project teams support is desirableNext StepsYour success is reflected in ours, so we are committed to being an employer of choice.
