The Chief Executive Officer will be the key figure in leading the organisation to achieve its strategic goals, ensuring the continuous improvement of service quality, and meeting the highest standards for customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a skilled team to successfully implement the organisation''s strategy, maintaining a positive work environment and high employee engagement. Work with the Board to translate the vision and mission into realistic strategic goals and lead the implementation of the strategic plan. Ensure the organisation''s strong financial health by implementing effective controls, enhancing revenue, and managing costs. Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure the organisation delivers high-quality branch and customer service that meets the highest satisfaction standards. Build and drive political engagement and media awareness to further the organisation''s advocacy and community impact. Provide leadership and governance, articulating the vision and mission of the organisation while upholding the highest ethical standards. Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with key external stakeholders, including government, media, and community partners. Oversee the management of key facilities. Collaborate with the Board to manage business risks and ensure the organisations risk management plan is clear to all employees. Build effective working relationships with Board members, keeping them fully informed on important issues to support their decisions.
