We believe that the strength and quality of our relationships will always be central to our success and are deeply connected to our purpose: Unlock potential, create tomorrow.The OpportunityAs the General Manager, Social, Customer & Funds Sustainability at Dexus, you will collaborate with the Head of Sustainability and the Sustainability Leadership Team to drive the Sustainability Strategy. This role focuses on social, customer, investor, and funds components, aiming to deliver measurable commercial value for Dexus. You will lead initiatives to enhance social sustainability outcomes and financial benefits, and play a pivotal role in sustainability communications through our brands, public disclosures, and engagements with customers (tenants/occupants) and investors (both listed and unlisted).Key responsibilitiesPartnering with fund teams to align and integrate the Dexus platform sustainability strategy into fund investment plans.Leading sustainability disclosures and ensuring compliance with mandatory climate-related financial disclosures.Leading the strategic approach and delivery of social sustainability programs and partnerships.Driving collaboration between Sustainability, Marketing, and Customer teams to enhance customer sustainability.Developing and delivering the Sustainability Engagement & Communications Plan for Dexus.This role is integral to embedding the sustainability strategy into investment plans and driving sustainability communications and outcomes across Dexus.About YouWe are looking for a passionate and energetic individual with a strong empathetic nature, balanced with a practical business-minded approach. You should be a people person who can influence outcomes and obtain information with ease, a good listener and communicator, and possess strong commercial acumen with the ability to think and work at an enterprise level.Degree qualification in sustainability, social sustainability/impact, law, community engagement, communications, or similar.Strong understanding and experience in developing and delivering social sustainability and communications strategies and programs in corporations.Experience leading and influencing sustainability change programs at scale.Demonstrated capability and experience in leveraging sustainability outcomes to improve customer attraction, engagement, and retention through brands.Demonstrated understanding of Funds Management and investor needs.Experience leading high-performing teams and influencing other teams to deliver sustainability outcomes.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Why choose Dexus?The Dexus culture and spirit differentiates us.
