What Youll Be Doing Lead the Centre: Open and close the Sales Centre daily, ensuring smooth operations and full staffing. Customer Engagement: Handle walk-ins, calls, and emails with professionalism and warmth. Identify customer needs and connect them with the right Sales Consultant. CRM Management: Accurately input and manage customer data, email leads, and surveys in our CRM system. Complaint Resolution: Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively. Health & Safety: Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Performance Focus: Meet key targets including customer satisfaction (NPS 30+), response times, and sales conversions. What Were Looking For Licensed Professional: REINSW Agents Representative License required. Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years in property salesland estates, new homes, or real estate. Customer Champion: Passionate about delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools. Team Leader: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset. Flexible & Reliable: Willing to work weekends and additional hours when needed. Why Join Us?
