About the role The General Manager will be tasked with ensuring that AKTs goals & objectives are successfully delivered in territory whilst balancing the local market needs and will be the company''s first role in Australia. Responsibilities include: Strategic Planning - engage with the CEO and SVP Global Sales to co-develop the long-term strategic plans for the commercial growth of the territory for AKT In Territory Leadership - Lead the implementation of the plan working with the global team Compliance, Finance and Risk Management About you You are a driven and hungry professional with a passion for beauty and sustainability, and you''re ready to make a significant impact in a fast-growing start-up.
