Our dynamic team of2,000+ professionalswork across40 unique retail concepts and now,we want YOUto join our team!The Role:As the CFO, you will be a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with senior leaders to provide strategic financial guidance, data-driven insights, and commercial support. You will oversee Finance and Payroll functions, ensuring robust financial controls, compliance, and integration across systems and processes.What Youll Do: Developing and executing financial plans, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to drive profitability and informed decision-making.Leading Payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration with HR and Finance systems. Providing financial modelling, pricing strategies, and commercial support for tenders, contract negotiations, and business development initiatives.
