Lead the execution and growth of a diverse portfolio of major projects across infrastructure, energy, water, and oil & gas sectors across the East.01st July, 2025We''re Hiring: General Manager Major Projects (East Coast)RSGx is seeking an exceptional General Manager Major Projects (East Coast) to lead the execution and growth of a portfolio of major projects exceeding $250 million in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, water, and oil & gas.As the General Manager Major Projects (East Coast), you will drive strategic direction, inspire high performance, and ensure efficient project execution, client satisfaction, and business growth. You will be responsible for:Leading and developing a high-performing team of Project and Operations Managers.Driving end-to-end delivery of complex construction and infrastructure projects.Allocating and optimizing resources to meet project demands and profitability goals.Sustaining key stakeholder relationships, managing project escalations, and ensuring satisfaction and compliance.Overseeing commercial outcomes, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.Leading and supporting major project bids using strategic, commercial, and operational insights.Partnering cross-functionally to deliver competitive and well-scoped tenders aligned with delivery capabilities and client needs.Championing QHSE standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.You will collaborate with our Commercial, QHSE, Finance, and Pre-Contracts teams to shape RSGxs strategic footprint across the East Coast. We seek a seasoned leader with proven experience in EPC project execution, stakeholder management, and strategic growth.About youYou have 10+ years of experience managing major infrastructure and construction projects, with strong leadership across multiple project teams. Expertise in EPC delivery models, financial oversight, contract negotiation, and cost control are highly desirable. You excel in tendering, pre-contracts, and stakeholder engagement, with sharp decision-making and excellent communication skills. Professionalism, integrity, and adaptability are core to your work ethic, especially in high-pressure environments.
