Youll lead a small, passionate team to build meaningful long-term relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, philanthropists and government stakeholders.This is a hands-on, leadership role for someone who thrives in the fast lane, combining strategy with execution, insight with influence, and commercial acumen with social impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead a high-impact partnerships and fundraising strategy aligned to organisational goalsCultivate and secure high-value, long-term sponsorships and funding agreementsBuild authentic, influential relationships with senior executives and external stakeholdersManage partnership reporting, budgeting and performance metricsWork cross-functionally with marketing, events and executive teamsInspire, develop and lead a results-driven partnerships teamSupport CEO and Board in strategic initiatives, including DGR statusKey Skills & ExperienceProven manager level experience in partnership development, sponsorship, OR relationship management,within a membership organisation or not-for-profit, or corporate environment - B2B space.
