Our expert team of qualified tradespeople delivers high quality landscaping and garden maintenance services, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard.Our work can be viewed at We are seeking experienced Garden Maintenance Horticulturists and Garden Maintenance Labourers to join our growing team. All work is based in the Southern Highlands. These roles are ideally suited to applicants living in SouthWest Sydney or Wollongong willing to commute, or those looking to make a lifestyle change to the Highlands region.About the role:Garden Maintenance Horticulturist:Perform garden maintenance including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilising.Plant, transplant, and care for a variety of plants.Monitor plant health and apply horticultural knowledge to maintain vibrant landscapes.Liaise with clients and team members to ensure high standards are met.Garden Maintenance Labourer:Perform general garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, and site cleanups.Assist with basic planting and pruning under supervision.Use and maintain garden tools and equipment safely.About you:Proven experience in similar roleQualified in Horticulture or related field (Horticulturist role only)Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, in all weather conditionsSound knowledge of horticulture and soft landscapingDrivers licence White CardWhat we offer:Exciting opportunities to work on prestigious residential projectsSupportive team environmentOngoing development opportunitiesTo apply for this role, applicants must have Australian working rights.For more information on our organisation please visit contact if you have any questions.
