This role blends handson tactical marketing execution with creative design execution, helping us deliver highquality campaigns, event materials, and digital communications across multiple channels.If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy handling a variety of creative and marketing tasks, this role is for you.Your natural tendency towards organisation, great communication skills and willingness to learn will be the secret to your success. You need to be comfortable learning software systems, enjoy engaging with interesting people and are looking to work with an enthusiastic and supportive team.You''ll report to the Head of Events with mentorship from a senior graphic designer and marketing manager to keep those skills developing.What You''ll DoMarketing & ContentSupport the delivery of multichannel marketing campaigns, including writing and uploading content across social media, websites and EDMs.Manage website updates, coordinate content and assets from internal teams and partners, maintain asset libraries, and keep marketing calendars, WIPs and procedures up to date.Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of marketing and design outputs.Graphic DesignCreate highquality digital and print assets such as social graphics, brochures, signage, event materials, presentations and templates.Optimise designs for different formats, follow brand guidelinesProvide temporary design coverage during short periods of leave for the Senior Graphic Designer.EventsSupport the Events Team onsite at selected events throughout the year, including coordinating AV and stage requirements (approx. 78 Saturdays per year, with TIL provided).SkillsetStrong computer skills including Microsoft Suite in a Mac OS environmentIntermediate design proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Express) with a strong understanding of typography, layout and colour theoryConfident using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)Experience with CMS platforms and direct mail tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot or SalesforceEvent experience is desirable but not essentialPrior is experience working in an office environment is desirable but not essentialMindsetGood communication (written and verbal), organisation and coordination skillsA team player who can also work autonomously Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage multiple stakeholdersInitiative, creativity and a positive, solutionsfocused mindsetQualificationsBachelor Degree in Marketing / Marketing CommunicationTAFE or higher qualification in Graphic Design or comparable experience portfolio essentialBe part of a team that makes measurable difference in the world.
