You''ll have strong creative input, helping shape visual storytelling, motion style and execution across a wide range of projects.This role is based in our Rosebery office in Sydney, with hybrid flexibility for the right candidate.What You''ll Be DoingDesign and animate motion graphics for promotions, signage, social content, presentations and explainer videosDevelop storyboards to plan animation, pacing and visual narrativesInterpret creative briefs and translate them into strong motion conceptsCreate engaging animations that bring brand stories and messages to lifeCollaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, marketing teams and clientsApply strong animation principles, timing and pacing to elevate storytellingRefine and finalize deliverables based on feedback and client needsWhat You''ll Bring3+ years'' experience in motion graphic design or animationAdvanced proficiency in After EffectsStrong working knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)A strong eye for design, composition, movement and detailAbility to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlinesClear, reliable and professional communication skillsExperience with 3D animation is a plusAI tools or workflow experience is a plus (eg.
