About The RoleJoin BOQ Group on a 10-month Max Term Contract as we embark on an exciting transformation to strengthen the way we approach risk and compliance, uplifting capability, enhancing culture and shaping a safer, smarter bank for our people and customers. As our Capability Specialist Risk & Compliance, you''ll be at the heart of this uplift.In this role, you''ll design and deliver learning experiences that help Line 1 and 2 teams build the technical, behavioural and professional skills required to confidently manage risk. From digital learning to facilitator led programs, toolkits, playbooks and performance support resources, you''ll bring modern, creative and practical learning to life.You''ll partner with subject matter experts, leaders and project teams to build fit for purpose solutions grounded in Training Needs Analysis and Change Impact Assessments. You''ll guide the rollout of new programs, support classroom sessions, and play a key role in ensuring our people not only learn but embed and apply new capabilities.This is a chance to shape a growing academy from the ground up, contribute to a positive risk culture and make a real impact across the Group.About YouYou''re a learning designer and facilitator who loves solving problems with thoughtful, intuitive and well-crafted learning experiences. You understand how adults learn and know how to turn insights into impactful content, whether that''s a digital module, a workshop, a leader led toolkit or an engaging infographic.You bring a strong foundation in learning design methodologies and can confidently select the right approach for the moment of need. Tools like Articulate 360, Microsoft Office and online video or animation platforms are familiar territory, and you''re comfortable learning new tech when needed. You communicate clearly, consult with ease and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Naturally curious and adaptable, you thrive in environments where things are evolving. You take ownership, manage your time well and approach your work with a growth mindset.
