Product Experience Manager Location: Sydney CBD | Full-Time | Hybrid Work ModelMy client is Australia''s leading fintech who are on a mission to enrich the financial wellbeing of all Australiansand want your help lead the charge.Reporting to the Head of Product Strategy, we are looking for a Product Designer to own the design and ongoing development of frontend experience across their mobile apps and digital platforms. What You''ll Do:Design and deliver high-quality, user-validated UX/UI solutions (including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces) that align with product requirements, support business objectives, and are delivered within agreed timeframes.Consistently apply, contribute to, and improve the design system to ensure accessible, scalable, and visually consistent digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.Apply user-centred design practices by seeking, understanding, and documenting customer insights, participating in usability testing, and using data to inform design decisions that improve usability, satisfaction, and trust.Ensure all UX/UI designs adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards (i.e., WCAG 2.1 AA), and legal and regulatory requirements, proactively addressing issues before development.Work collaboratively with product, engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, support agile delivery, and ensure design intent is clearly communicated and implemented effectively. What You Bring:Proven UX/UI design experience from concept to delivery for mobile apps and digital platforms.Comfortable owning Product Design - you will ideally be doing a similar role in a start-up or small company. Strong experience within a SaaS space ideally financial, lending, banking or fintechExperience in crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other modern design and usability testing tools.Demonstrated experience with end-to-end UX/UI design lifecycle for digital products within agile delivery environments, from concept and research through to final hand-off and quality assurance.Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centred design methodologies, including proficiency in interaction design and information architecture.
