About the RoleReporting to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design across digital, catalogue, and television platforms. Working closely with the creative, marketing, and digital teams, you will bring design briefs, photoshoots, and creative concepts to life while maintaining strong brand consistency.About YouYou are a passionate and driven designer with a minimum of 4+ years'' experience in a similar role. Highly creative and detail-oriented, you have a strong interest in styling, fashion, social media, and retail. Experience in photography and video is advantageous.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute creative across all platforms including broadcast, website, eDMs, and print/catalogueCollaborate with the creative and wider marketing teams on photoshoots, styling, and seasonal look booksCommunicate creative ideas, concepts, and objectives clearly to the Creative Director and teamEnsure all work adheres to brand guidelines and visual standardsManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentWork to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of creative outputDevelop and deliver creative concepts for magazine layouts, look books, and photoshootsCreate reels and short videos for social mediaSkills & ExperienceAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud on Mac (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Strong understanding of design aesthetics and strategic design principlesProven experience in digital design including web pages, eDMs, and social mediaExperience in catalogue designEnd-to-end understanding of the design process from concept through to final deliveryAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamExperience with Adobe After Effects is desirable but not essentialAn outstanding portfolio demonstrating creative, strategic, and high-quality design across multiple platformsWhy Join Us?This is a fast-paced, creatively driven role within an exciting television environment.
