OverviewExecutive Assistant to Founder and Creative Director Billini, Marrickville, New South Wales, AustraliaAs the company grows, we are looking for an experienced, reliable and passionate Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day support to 1 Director. You will be a general helping hand for personal and business commitments and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong organisational and problem-solving skills and possess a proactive, can-do attitude.What you will doCalendar management for personal and business commitments and provide daily reminders.Inbox management including screening internal and external requests of the Director, highlighting issues for attention and responding at the Director''s request.Work closely with cross functional teams and departments.Document and report preparation.Book domestic and international travel.Run errands as required.Assist and execute company and personal events.Expense management.Working hours are MondayFriday, 8:00 am5:00 pm.What you bringProven experience in a similar personal assistant or office management role.Flexibility and strong time management skills.Reliability, highly organised and trustworthy.Demonstrated initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong work ethic and business acumen.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.Energetic and can-do attitude with a positive approach.Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills.Have full rights to work in Australia (no working holiday visa holders or sponsorships).Full NSW driver license with a good track record.WWCC and Police check.What we offerGenerous staff discounts on Billini and Banbe Eyewear productsModern office space in MarrickvilleClose to transport links less than a 10 minute walk from Sydenham train stationA day off on your birthdayRegular team bonding eventsDog-friendly officeBillini is one of Australias leading brands of womens fashion footwear and accessories.
