The OpportunityAEK Media is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in digital design, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating visually stunning and user-centric designs across a variety of digital media.As a Digital Designer at AEK Media, youll work across a diverse range of projects including website design, social media content, email campaigns, and digital advertising. What Youll Do Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create effective, on-brand digital designs. Design assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that bring ideas to life. Align all visual work with brand guidelines and business goals. Stay ahead of design trends and contribute innovative ideas. Workshop, ideate, brief and scope both internally and with clients. Work closely with developers to ensure faithful design implementation. What Were Looking For2+ years of relevant experienceProven experience as a Digital Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience with HTML/CSS and an understanding of web development processes.Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.A great attitude to constructive criticism, and an eagerness to learn and upskill where necessaryPossess a good ''sixth sense'' - able to read people readily.Extra: motion graphic skills would be valuable, but not required.Were not your average digital agency.
