Confidence, organization, and flexibility are essential, along with strong project and design knowledge. Responsibilities Supporting the design team in preparing and issuing presentations, business development materials, concept design, documentation, and project management of various projects. Leading and developing team members. Driving business development initiatives. Maintaining high standards in design, documentation, and project management. Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Requirements 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Bachelor''s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent. Experience with retail, workplace, and hospitality projects. Proven ability to manage teams and client relationships. Proficiency in Vectorworks, Twin Motion, Adobe Suite. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tell stories and sell concepts. Good understanding of the National Building Code. Organized, flexible, and capable of multitasking.
