Senior Art Director

JoinBALBOA (BALBOA is an in-house creative and production agency that helps sport and entertainment brands connect with audiences through creative thats built by fans, for fans.We are currently recruiting for a Senior Art Director to play an integral role in our Entertainment advertising team, focusing on creating disruptive, surprising and entertaining brand campaigns.Reporting to the Creative Director, youll have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in Entertainment, taking content across our Foxtel portfolio to new heights.**Responsibilities**+ Primary responsibility for the visual and graphic development of integrated campaigns, spanning TVCs, OOH, digital, social+ The development and execution of brilliant, integrated, on-brief creative solutions that effectively communicate outlined strategic intent+ Campaign concept development and leadership+ Collaboration with copywriters and wider agency team members+ Overseeing pre and post-production, making decisions on casting, wardrobe, music, editing, etc.+ Pitching, including building decks and presenting to clients+ Collaborating with account management to keep projects on strategy, on schedule and under budget+ Analysis of campaign results to optimise performance and inform future creative+ Collaborate with brand graphic designers to ensure concepts are created on brand+ Stay on top of the latest creative and category news and trends**About you**+ 5+ years Art Direction experience in and advertising/creative agency environment+ Proficient with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc. Experience in motion graphics (2D & 3D), Cinema 4D, and video editing is considered a bonus+ Demonstrated presentation skills, internally and with clients+ Ability to work independently and self-manage projects to deadline and thrives working in a fast-paced team+ Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills able to give and take feedback and work with copywriters and colleagues in a positive and collaborative way+ Motivated, shows initiative, flexible, adaptable with excellent attention to detail+ Ability to work within brand guidelines with an appetite to push them to greater heights.+ Arts, Advertising, or Communications Design Degree/AWARD graduates preferred+ Passion for the entertainment, sports, and media industries we believe knowing the product is key to success.**Interested?
