This role is critical in helping us translate ASX Technical Services customer needs into scalable, repeatable, and deliverable solutions, whilst collaborating closely with customers, the ASX Technical Services sales team and internal ASX service providers.About The Team:We are responsible for building an ASX Technical Services business which operates at the leading edge of exchange connectivity propositions. This involves listening to customers and anticipating evolving requirements, as well as efficiently delivering new products which add to the attractiveness of the ASX Technical Services ecosystem.You will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evolving our Technical Services product proposition, whilst contributing to a high growth business spanning many products and serving many hundreds of customers, across all segments of the Australian financial markets.The role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and refining processes that scale.What You''ll Do:Designing and documenting end-to-end solution architectures for customers across our connectivity and infrastructure portfolioWorking with the pre-sales, business development and sales operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are commercially sound, deliverable, and aligned with product goals.Creating and maintaining solution design templates and reusable assets to streamline onboarding and deliveryActing as the logical bridge between strategy, sales, delivery, support, billing, and legal functions, ensuring alignment and clarity at all stagesSupporting the team by applying structured logic to complex initiatives and providing clear scoping, impact assessments, and delivery recommendationsDriving the development of the product idea through to formal release and commercial successWhat You''ll Need:Must haveAbility to bring order, clarity, and logic to complex and ambiguous challenges.Proven ability to work across product, sales, legal, and operations to deliver cohesive outcomes.Strong background in infrastructure, connectivity, cloud products and how they are scoped, delivered, and supported.Commercial awareness ability to balance customer needs with delivery feasibility and commercial viability.Must be able to translate between technical and business stakeholders with clarity and influence.The ability to understand the value of deep work, personal accountability, and working rhythms.Nice to haveFamiliarity with legal or commercial contracting processesFinancial services, exchanges or high-performance infrastructure providers experience.A mindset for continuous improvement, including automating or streamlining processes.Experience creating playbooks.We make hiring decisions based on your skills, capabilities and experience, and how youll help us to live our values.
