In short, EY wavespace empowers teams to reach better answers, faster.The wavespace Collaboration Designer uses wavespace and emerging human-centred design methods and the wavespace experience design framework to design and deliver exceptional client experiences.This role is based in Warrang Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.Your key responsibilitiesThe wavespace Collaboration Designer will help manage the end-to-end delivery of wavespace sessions, including event support and logistics. In constant communication with experience management leads, as well as with engagement teams, experience designers, visual designers, technologists, internal catering and setup teams, you will ensure seamless execution of wavespace experiences. In this role, youll project manage a dynamic mix of engagements helping our clients solve some of their most complex problems. Working in diverse, inclusive teams to build relationships with our clients, youll deliver innovative high-quality work products.What we look forTo be considered for this role you must have 4-7 years professional experience in client-facing roles and experience in project management.Ideally, youll have the skills and attributes below, but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes. Were interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.Experience in consulting, CX Practice in a top tier firm, or agencyExcellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with various individuals and teamsDetail oriented, yet able to span across multiple concurrent projectsProficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft teams as well as Miro/Mural and other collaboration toolsKnowledge of design thinking and other human-centred methods and the ability to solve complex business problems with simple, industry-leading experience and design solutionsAbility to quickly understand different client objectives and use creative problem-solving skills to translate objectives into engaging workshopsWhat we offer youAt EY, well fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
