As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth operations at the reception desk.The RoleGreet and welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner as they arrive at the spa.Maintain a neat and organized reception area, including arranging reading materials and ensuring cleanliness.Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions with guests and colleagues.Answer the phone promptly and use the guest''s name throughout the phone conversation. Schedule appointments for spa services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking and confirming reservations.Stay informed about spa services, promotions, and special events to provide accurate information to guests and encourage bookings.Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently. Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment. Regularly attend, participate in and support training and colleague meetings for the spa. Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management. Talent ProfilePrevious experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.Personable character with a passion to build strong guest relations. Good command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Property Management System (e.g. OPERA, Book 4 time).Ability to handle guest''s complaint and inquiries and provide responses accurately exercising good judgment. Valid working rights in Australia.
