Southcare, part of The Sutherland Hospital, is a large multidisciplinary Community Service which is comprised of Community Nursing, Community Rehabilitation, Allied Health and Medical Staff Specialist teams that work cohesively together to assist our elderly to stay fit and remain living at home.
