They cover the full gamut of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), joint ventures, capital markets, private equity, and corporate governance.Position DescriptionThis role will see you working for a number of great partners and you will be exposed to a range of corporate transactions including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general securities law matters.You will work with the wider team which includes a talented group of special counsels and senior associates and associates at varying levels.
