With a hybrid working environment, our main teams are based in Brisbane: West End or Stapylton, Sydney: Parramatta, North Sydney or Wetherill Park, however, for the right candidate we can potentially consider someone to be based in our Melbourne office in Cremorne. The Project Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the NBN Field Module team by delivering administrative assistance to various stakeholders and validating claims for Aerial Program work orders.Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Validate subcontractor claims to ensure compliance with contract terms and applicable rates.Ensure performance targets for Aerial Program are consistently met or in line with contractual KPIs and OPMs.Review work tickets and generate RCTIs within required timeframes.Maintain accurate workflow data through effective oversight of Work Orders, STOWs, and ticket approvals.Liaise directly with field staff, subcontractors, and clients as required.Generate and present reports to identify performance trends and support continuous improvement.Contribute by supporting system enhancements, procedure updates, and supporting new team members.Required Skills and Experience:Experience within the telecommunications industry (Specifically nbn) highly regardedExperience managing to strict KPIsExperience managing multiple tickets of workSolid knowledge of contracts with a focus on Schedule of Rates applications.Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and develop positive relationships.A dedicated approach to safety, environmental protection, quality and training.The ability to develop a strong team environment through open and honest communication.About VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
