You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, build intuitive solutions, and create easy-to-use templates that support the business. Responsibilities Design and build automated reports using macros, advanced formulas, and Excel techniques. Consolidate and interpret decentralized data from multiple systems. Collaborate with HR and business teams to develop clear, repeatable reports (e.g., turnover, WH&S, vacancies). Work with exported data from Sage and Micropay (AUS/NZ payroll systems). Deliver polished, accurate outputs that facilitate decision-making. Leave behind tools and templates that empower teams to run reports independently. Qualifications Advanced Excel skills, including macros, VBA, and complex formulas. Analytical mindset with a passion for connecting data and solving puzzles. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Interest in process improvement and data-driven solutions. Experience with HR or operational reporting is a plus.
