This includes identifying key findings and insights as part of the reviews.There will be an opportunity to regularly engage with senior business stakeholders to represent the Internal Audit function. You will work closely with the team including Manager, Senior Manager and the Head of Audit Technology, Projects & Data Analytics to continue to enhance internal audit practices and frameworks for TAL.In This Role You WillPlan and assist in the delivery of internal audits through Technology focused, and occasionally transformation Project related reviewsIdentify and report key findings and insights from those reviewsCommunicate the audit activity including key findings and insights to key stakeholdersIssue follow-up and validation of management action plans taken to resolve audit recommendationsPromote the enhancement of the organisation''s risk and control environment.QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualificationsProfessional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CISA, CISM, CISSP or CIAMinimum 3+ years Internal Audit or Technology Risk backgroundGood understanding of financial services regulation, IT risk frameworks and practicesKnowledge of data analytics software preferable (e.g. SQL, ACL)Project assurance experience preferableAdditional InformationTAL is one of Australia''s leading life insurers, committed to inclusion, and supporting the career growth of our diverse workforce.
