You will be client-facing from day 1, and will be working closely within the leadership team to build on existing success. The team is well-supported with dedicated accountants to focus on compliance, as well as strong admin and systems. Your remit will solely focus on client ownership and providing strategic, tax planning advice.For the right candidate, a package around $140,000 + Superannuation + Bonus is possible, and an Employee Equity Scheme option is available with tenure.Key Responsibilities: Inherit and nurture a portfolio of established HNW clients and businesses Provide sophisticated tax advice across complex structures, family groups, and business entities Collaborate with wealth and lending advisors to deliver holistic, end-to-end solutions Contribute to business development and firm-wide strategy Mentor junior team members from a position of leadershipAbout You Strong knowledge of Tax Compliance, and Tax Strategy with complex private client structures Confident in providing Tax Planning advice CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion) A passion for relationship management and strategic thinking Confident, solutions-focused, and commercially savvy Excited by the opportunity to grow into a future Partner-level roleA little piece about us, the Godfrey Group.
