This role will partner closely with senior leadership, operations, quality, and supply chain to ensure the commercial success and efficiency of the organisation. You will be responsible for:Leading annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.Developing robust manufacturing cost models (BOMs, routings, activity-based costing).Analysing manufacturing variances and driving operational improvements.Overseeing financial inputs into ERP systems and ensuring accurate, timely reporting to multiple stakeholders.Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and GMP requirements.ProfileIdeally CA or CPA-qualified with expertise in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and operational analysis.
