Their mission is to create a safe, inclusive environment where everyone can live a full, independent, and meaningful life.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse for the role of Clinical Educator & Staff Trainer. In this on-site role based in Sutherland, NSW, you will design, develop, and deliver training programs to support the ongoing professional growth of our care staff. Your responsibilities will include assessing clinical training needs, implementing education programs, mentoring staff, and promoting best practices in caregiving and patient safety. You will also collaborate with management to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality care delivery. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to fostering an engaged, knowledgeable team.QualificationsValid registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).Experience in training and education, with skills in developing training programs, providing mentorship, and facilitating workshops.Expertise in clinical care practices, patient safety, and compliance with healthcare standards.Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively train and engage staff.Organizational skills to manage multiple training programs and maintain detailed records.Ability to work on-site in Sutherland, NSW and contribute directly to team development and care outcomes.Experience with NDIS participants and understanding of disability support frameworks is highly advantageous.Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with additional certifications in education or training preferred.Apply NowIf you''re a Registered Nurse who loves educating, mentoring, and supporting others, we''d love to hear from youSend your resume and cover letter to Tanya via email at or call for more information.
