Their mission is to create a safe, inclusive environment where everyone can live a full, independent, and meaningful life.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse for the role of Clinical Educator & Staff Trainer. In this on-site role based in Sutherland, NSW, you will design, develop, and deliver training programs to support the ongoing professional growth of our care staff. Your responsibilities will include assessing clinical training needs, implementing education programs, mentoring staff, and promoting best practices in caregiving and patient safety. You will also collaborate with management to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality care delivery.
