At the core of our business is a commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated Technical Services Advisor to join our Technical Services team based at our brand new, state-of-the-art head office in Kemps Creek NSW. Reporting to the Training and Technical Services Manager, this role provides expert product and system advice, ensuring our customers and internal teams receive the highest level of technical support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical guidance and product recommendations to contractors, architects, homeowners, and internal teams.Respond to and resolve technical enquiries, including system issues and customer complaints.Prepare, review, and validate technical documentation such as system recommendations, datasheets, and bulletins.Conduct laboratory testing to support product development and customer complaint investigations.Deliver training workshops, presentations, and technical support sessions to customers and staff.Work closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to develop innovative technical solutions.Stay up to date with industry developments and ensure ARDEX documentation remains accurate and relevant.The Ideal CandidateBackground in chemistry, materials science, or a related field, or trade qualifications in tiling, waterproofing, or a construction-related trade.5+ years'' experience in a technical, laboratory, or construction-related role.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Customer-focused, with a passion for problem-solving and delivering service excellence.Practical experience in building, hardware, or trade environments highly regarded.Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and compliance requirements.Why Join ARDEX?At ARDEX, we don''t just talk values, we live them:Build BelongingYou''ll be part of a team that''s inclusive, empowering, and collaborativeFuel PassionWe''re driven by energy and enthusiasm for what we do and how we impact the marketDrive InnovationWe encourage creativity and continuous improvement to stay aheadEmbody IntegrityWe value honesty, ethics, and accountabilityEmbrace ResponsibilityWe own our actions and take initiative to do the right thingWe are a global family-owned company with a diverse range of opportunities, both locally and abroad.
