Production Manager Join to apply for the Production Manager role at George Weston Foods. Location: Adelaide, SA, AU Role Overview Tip Top Bakeries is seeking a dynamic and handson Production Manager to lead and direct activities that ensure the timely and safe manufacture and supply of all bread products. The role reports to the Operations Manager and engages with all other departments and functions across the site and region. Key responsibilities include: Lead and inspire a highperformance team aligned with Tip Tops values. Provide leadership, structure and resources to improve safety and engagement. Champion continuous improvement and change management initiatives. Drive food safety and quality compliance, including audit readiness. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as Planning, Operations, Safety and Quality. Qualifications Minimum 35 years of relevant leadership experience managing manufacturing activities in an FMCG environment (food experience highly regarded). Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change and process improvement. Strong understanding of Food Quality & Safety Standards. Experience in driving high safety culture and applying safework policies.
