The Opportunity We''re looking for an Associate Dentist to join our team, with the opportunity to grow into a partial ownership path for the right person. Youll be working alongside an experienced team with: No late nights or weekends Strong patient base loyal families, professionals, and long term patients Access to state-of-the-art equipment digital scanners, chairside technology, and modern systems A structured and supportive environment with clear systems What We Offer Initially offering 2 days with a view to increase Remuneration % commission (negotiable based on experience) Support Clinical mentoring, business coaching, and training from an experienced leadership team Career growth Genuine opportunity for equity and partnership Leave 4 weeks per year + shutdown over Christmas Location perks Located in a busy Modbury shopping centre with cafes, gyms, and easy parking nearby. About you Youre an ethical, evidence-based dentist who values quality over quantity. You love building long term relationships with patients and your team.
