Role Overview In line with our growth strategy, the Buildings Places (BP) Global Business Line is seeking a BP Critical Pursuits Director APAC to support capturing major new business opportunities across the region. Youll work closely with senior leaders, client account managers and technical teams to develop winning strategies, coach highperforming teams and deliver exceptional client outcomes. How Youll Make a Difference Lead capture strategy across key opportunities, including winstrategy development, proposal leadership and client positioning. Build strong trusted relationships with clients and partners, deepening AECOMs presence in the market. Champion excellence in technical leadership, commercial insight, innovation, ESG integration and digital approaches. Mentor and develop capture and pursuit teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion and high performance. Contribute to strategic business planning, marketgrowth initiatives and enterprisewide collaboration across regions. Model AECOMs values and behaviours, creating an environment defined by integrity, safety, quality, innovation and shared success. Qualifications You will bring a strong track record of leading major bids and developing highvalue client relationships across the consulting engineering or major projects environment. Youre influential, commercially astute and skilled at navigating complexity while inspiring confidence in others. 12+ years of experience with a proven leadership record in capture management, business development or technical delivery on major programs, ideally within a construction or engineering environment. Strong clientengagement capabilities, including discovery, valueproposition development and strategic relationship building. Demonstrated track record of sales production, specifically the winning of major enterpriselevel pursuits. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience working with pursuit metrics, proposal development and commercial, legal and risk considerations.
