Your Impact We are seeking Expressions of Interest for a strategic leadership role within our Growth & Sales team: Business Development Director Advanced Manufacturing & Digital Infrastructure. This role is pivotal in driving Jacobs market growth, client engagement, and strategic positioning across Australia and New Zealand. It offers a unique opportunity to lead a highimpact portfolio, shape market direction, and collaborate across our technical, advisory, and delivery teams. Role Focus Lead strategic growth across Advanced Manufacturing, and Digital Infrastructure, including data centres and digital twin solutions and traditional service offerings. Expand Jacobs influence across traditional and emerging service offerings. Strengthen client partnerships and drive sustainable business development. Collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative, clientcentric outcomes. Identify market trends and position Jacobs for future client needs. Requirements Proven experience in consultancy, sales, or operations, ideally within advanced manufacturing or digital infrastructure sectors. Strong client relationship and business development capabilities. Strategic thinking and ability to influence crossfunctional teams. Expertise in solutionselling, pursuit management, and market strategy. Experience working in a matrix organisation across diverse teams and geographies.
