This role reports to the Head of Consulting Australia and focuses on growth, capability building, and highimpact client engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead complex client engagements across strategy, transformation, and technology domains. Shape and drive presales activities, including solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations. Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop compelling value propositions and win strategies. Build and scale consulting capability aligned to market demand and emerging trends. Support the Head of Consulting Australia in executing growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and expanding client relationships. Champion Datacoms consultingled approach to technology, reinforcing our market presence and client value. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in consulting leadership, with a track record of delivering highimpact outcomes. Strong presales capability, including experience in shaping deals, influencing stakeholders, and driving earlystage client engagement. A growth mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and scale offerings. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. 10+ years of experience working across the Australian market is highly desirable.
