SENIOR EXECUTIVE OFFICER TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVERenewal SA is the South Australian Governments leading urban development agency, delivering some of the states most significant projects including Lot Fourteen, Bowden, Playford Alive, Tonsley Innovation District and Festival Plaza. With a strong pipeline of transformative developments including the significant Southwark Grounds precinct at Thebarton, Renewal SA plays a pivotal role in shaping vibrant communities and driving economic growth for South Australia.This is an exciting opportunity to join Renewal SA on an initial 12-month fixed term basis (with potential for extension) in a role that sits at the heart of the organisations leadership team. Reporting to the Director, Office of the Chief Executive and working as part of a dynamic, cohesive and well-regarded executive support team, you will provide valued support to a highly respected Chief Executive (CE), enabling the CE to advance and achieve organisational goals that deliver significant impact for South Australias future. This pivotal role demands professionalism, agility and a solutions-focused mindset. Key responsibilities will include:managing the CEs diary, priorities and commitments in a fast-paced environment;coordinating meetings, agendas and briefing papers, ensuring timely and accurate information flow;drafting and responding to correspondence and preparing high quality communications;organising travel, events and logistics for the CE;providing secretariat support to facilitate Executive Committee meetings and communications;acting as a key liaison point for a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships while maintaining professionalism and discretion.You will be an experienced and highly capable executive support professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You will demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills, outstanding written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and set respectful boundaries. Calmness, reliability, consistency and resilience are essential characteristics, complemented by warmth, agility, resourcefulness, and a proactive, collaborative approach. Highly proficient skills in MS Outlook for calendar and email management are required, with a good grasp of other MS Office programs.
