The Role Youll oversee the design function from concept through to preconstruction, ensuring designs are practical, costeffective, and align with each clients vision. This role will suit someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys problemsolving, and is passionate about combining aesthetic design with buildability. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor the internal design and drafting team Oversee all design documentation and ensure compliance with NCC and local council requirements Collaborate closely with estimating, construction and clientfacing teams Drive continuous improvement in design processes and quality control Liaise with clients and consultants to deliver innovative, functional, and buildable designs About You Proven experience in residential design management or senior drafting/architecture roles within a BUILDER!
