About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedService Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic Service Department. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and Service Technicians, ensuring smooth coordination of service requests and accurate invoicing. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our aftermarket services.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesReceive, log, and coordinate customer service and maintenance requestsDispatch and support field technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling and communicationProcess and verify work orders, parts, and labour for invoicing accuracyMaintain and update service and maintenance agreementsMonitor compliance with service procedures, time tracking, and reporting requirementsLiaise with Parts, Rental, and Sales teams to coordinate joint activitiesProvide general administrative and reporting support to the Service DepartmentWhat You''ll BringMinimum of 2 years'' experience (ideally 23 years) in service administration, customer service, or a similar coordination roleStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoicingClear and confident communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organisational and time management skillsA proactive, customer-focused approachCompetence in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)BenefitsWhat sets us apart?Crown''s history began when two brothers founded the Company in New Bremen, Ohio (USA) in 1945.
