This role is ideal for someone who understands payroll deeply, thinks critically about risk, and enjoys partnering across the business to deliver accurate, compliant outcomes. This is an officebased position, requiring attendance onsite four days per week.Your roleActing as the payroll subject matter expert on a 6 month payroll system implementation project using ADP Payforce payroll solution and Workday timekeeping solution.Translating legislation, awards, and business rules into payroll system design.Managing user acceptance testing, parallel runs, and reconciliations.Working closely with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to deliver accurate payroll outcomes.Identifying payroll risks early and ensuring appropriate controls are in place.Supporting leaders and employees through payrollrelated change.After successful implementation you will be responsible for the end to end payroll processing of a fortnightly payroll for a 24/7 manufacturing operation and all associated payroll tasks.Support the Payroll and Benefits Manager as required.Your experienceStrong handson payroll experience in a complex environmentExperience supporting or leading payroll system implementationsExcellent attention to detail and data analytical skillsConfidence working with crossfunctional teams and vendorsStrong verbal and written communicationA calm, professional approach when working under pressureEssential8 years'' experience in a payroll/human resources environment.Payroll or Finance qualification or equivalent.Microsoft Excel - Intermediate to Advanced skill levelDesirablePayroll System: ADP Payforce and WorkdayFor further information, and to apply, please visit our website via the "Apply" button below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
